Company History
Founded in 2015 with a few family members, a couple employees and a vision, DC Solar has grown to become one of the leading solar contractors for commercial, utility and municipal solar systems in the us.
Now, DC Solar has 50 plus in-house project managers, construction managers, electricians and solar installers. Over the years we have developed an extensive network of subcontractors and partners to provide a high quality, efficient solution to solar construction.
Our Management team has extensive knowledge in the solar field as well as general construction, civil construction and specialized aspects of the construction industry.

Safety
DC Solar’s top priority is the safety of our employees, our client's personnel and property and all those involved in our projects.
We take pride in an outstanding safety record.
At a minimum all DC Solar site managers maintain OSHA 30, NFPA70E training in addition to their First Aid/CPR certifications. Our mission is to maintain zero loss-time due to incidents caused by safety infractions.

Rebecca Clinton
With a passion for renewable energy Rebecca co-founded DC Solar with Michelle to form one of the only women owned solar companies at the time. Her dedication to the success of DC Solar and growth of its employees has nurtured an environment of care for our team and customers over the years.

Dan Clinton
Dan has extensive knowledge in the construction industry and has primarily worked in the renewable energy sector for past 10 years. Coming from a general construction and civil background, Dan brings a diverse set of skills to our team.

Mo Roller
Mo has been in the solar energy sector for several years with a focus on utility and commercial scale ground mount construction. Bringing his project management skills to our team has helped streamline DC Solar’s project construction and close out process.

Amos is one of the longest standing and most dedicated DC Solar members. He has managed a wide range of projects, and brings critical thinking with project planning and execution, knowledge and experience with civil work, heavy equipment operating and so much more to a team.

Michelle Delozier
Michelle co-founded DC Solar with Rebecca and together they tackle projects great and small on a daily basis. Michelle has extensive knowledge in job site safety and labor compliance keeping DC solar in compliance with all state and local laws.
Operations Manager / Strategic Planning
Eli Delozier
Eli first started in the Solar industry 12 years ago designing a solar system to desalinate water. Eli is a licensed C46 holder and has a passion for renewable energy. Together with his analytical talent and years of experience, projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Sr Project Manager / Lead Estimator
Aram Reilly
Aram bringing an extensive background in project management and estimating in the commercial construction field. His experience and dedication enabled him to pursue and become a licensed C10 Electrician, expanding the scope DC Solar brings to the renewable energy market.
Construction Manager
David Reilly
David has been with DC Solar for over 6 Years. He has extensive knowledge of Equipment operations and safety. His leadership ensures that projects are run smoothly and on schedule. David’s certifications include but are not limited to OSHA 30, Equipment Operator, First aid, and CPR. He is also mechanically inclined and keeps DC Solar’s Fleet up and running!
Construction Manager
Anav Masse
Anav has been with DC Solar for over 5 years. He has extensive knowledge in the Electrical field and safety. Anav’s certifications include but are not limited to ECE, OSHA 30, Equipment Operator, First aid and CPR. Anav efficiently coordinates operations across multiple job sites ensuring that employees are provided with proper training and tools needed to complete projects successfully!
